What motivated you to become a Pathologist?
For me, becoming a Pathologist was a complete coincidence! After coming to the United States, I had an opportunity to do an observership in Pathology. I simply fell in love and that was the beginning of a great relationship that have lasted for over 30 years. The best coincidence in my life.
What do you love most about Loyola Pathology?
The people! Our residents, our faculty and staff are the best. This is the most caring, enthusiastic and committed team you would ever wanted to work with.
What is one thing people may not know about you?
Only one thing? There are so many! like I like to fish, I garden, I paint…but, most importantly, I never give up even when you think that it's over, it hopeless, etc. Therefore, in my literal and figurative quest of "Getting Us Out Of The Basement", we are in process of creating Regional Laboratories that we deserve!
